Svarna Heritage
SVARNA Heritage is an ultra-luxury Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce platform designed for handcrafted watch rolls and bespoke leather accessories. It combines WebGL 3D product visualization, real-time color configuration, headless CMS management, and an enterprise admin analytics suite to deliver sub-second page performance.
Project Case Study
SVARNA Heritage reimagines the luxury shopping experience by marrying artisan crafting aesthetics with modern full-stack web engineering. Built on Next.js 14 (App Router), the platform enables watch enthusiasts to inspect luxury watch rolls in immersive 3D, customize materials and hardware trims, and seamlessly purchase via secure checkout. The application features dual architecture: a consumer-facing storefront backed by Sanity.io CMS with Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), and a complete customer portal paired with an administrative management dashboard backed by Supabase and Stripe Webhooks. ✨ Key Features Interactive 3D Product Viewer Built with @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei for 360-degree GLTF (.glb) model inspection directly in the browser. Bespoke Material & Hardware Configurator Real-time material and trim switcher supporting Italian Alcantara®, full-grain vegan leather, and hardware options (gold, silver, rose-gold, gunmetal). Headless CMS Catalog & ISR Content powered by Sanity.io using GROQ queries with automated static regeneration (revalidate: 3600) for maximum SEO speed. Secure Checkout & Automated Fulfillment Stripe Checkout API integration with asynchronous Stripe Webhook event processing for order logging and instant receipt notifications via Resend. Complete Customer Portal NextAuth + Supabase backend offering registration, active order tracking timelines, multi-address CRUD management, and wishlist functionality. Admin Dashboard & Business Analytics Comprehensive back-office suite featuring product CRUD, real-time inventory management, inquiry routing, and interactive sales charts via Recharts. 🎯 Objective Deliver a high-converting, luxury web application with zero runtime crashes (100% strict TypeScript coverage). Provide seamless customization and sub-second page loads to minimize checkout friction for high-value goods ($395–$495 price point). 🚀 Impact & Key Metrics Performance: 0 TypeScript errors and 0 ESLint warnings across all 17 static and dynamic app routes. Architecture: Fully decoupled headless frontend with automated email notifications, database synchronization, and webhook resilience.

Got questions? We've got answers!
Explore common inquiries about the work in our portfolio, how it is built, and how to use it.
- Every project is built inside the AI Research Centre at Woxsen University by our research staff, engineers and student researchers, usually alongside a department lab and often with an industry or academic partner.
- Several are available to pilot or license. Projects marked Production or Beta are the ones furthest along — get in touch through the contact form and we will put you with the team that built it.
- Alpha is an internal prototype under active research. Beta is running with real users outside the lab. Production is deployed and supported. Coming Soon is announced but not yet open.
- Yes. We take on sponsored research, joint development and student-led work across all of our departments. Tell us the problem you want solved and we will scope it with the relevant lab.
- It varies by project. Where we can publish, the repository, documentation and any accompanying papers are linked in the project's resources section. Everything else is available under agreement.
- New work is announced through our newsletter and the insights feed, and every project that ships gets a page here.
